I booked a new connection on 5.8.2006 by depositing Rs.500 in cash, and i noticed by BSNL line man that my area is not fisiable for land line and he offered me for WLL connection but i denied for that and asked for my refund but after my several requests n meetings they didn't paid me back my deposit, after that they sent me a notice Dated 28.6.2008 asking for WLL connection but i denied for it and asked for my refund but till now the didn't paid me back my refund what should i do?
