Phone line tntruption

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, My Land Line Telephone Number is 04567-242495 is lying almost dead for the past 5 month. We are not hear clear voice and always with voice with unwanted noise, I tested same line with other phones also samething happen. We have already registerd the complaint at kilakarai bsnl exchange & JTO incharge also. They visited my place said will replace the line immediately. But no result. How to proceed and get better service? Kindly take necessary action to rectify the fault as early as posible.
