PER SECOND PLAN

I had sent SMS reading "MSEC" to 53733 on 11.12.2011. Received reply SMS stating to wait for confirmation from BSNL. But till the time of writing this complaint I have not received confirmation from BSNL regarding migration plan to per second plan. I have to incur more expenses for every call. Pl. send the confirmation immediately for having migrated my plan.
