For the last around 6 months i have been behind my faulty relephone no. 0471-2343699. a close scrutiny of your complaint lodging register will show you the number of complaints lodged by me. it is a real pity that you have not been able to correct my landphone connection so far. it is equally disgusting to say that the billing is always on due date and with fine for delayed payment, whereas customers like myself are forced to pay the phone rent every month without using it. since i have bsnl broadband connection, i am not in a position to disconnect the landphone connection. it would be most welcome if my complaint will be attended to without any more pressure from my part.if no action is taken on my grievance at the earliest, i will be forced to disconnect the land connection very soon.
