Landline bill online payment

I have made my landline bill thro online on 11.01.2012 for my home phone no.0427 2464491.

The amount is debited to my bank a/c. But I have not received the BSNL receipt for the payment made. My bill status still shows pending. My payment transaction shows the status as initiated. I want that my outstanding bill to be cleared or the bill amount is refunded to my bank a/c
