I use a BSNL (cell one 3G) (Gandhinagar, Gujarat) post paid connection since I was out of town for vacation i couldn't pay the bill on time, (before 28th December) I also tried to pay through online but the BSNL site was not working, hence the company barred the outgoing facility. upon reaching back to Gandhinagar Gujarat on 10th jan I immeadeatly payed the bill. but till today (13th Jan) my phone has not been reactivated. I have called to the customer care many times they are registered the compliant but so far no solution provided.
