Land phone more than 2 months not repairing

i am pathanamthitta district kurianoor exchange bsnl customer .phone no-04692671277.many tmes i infoam in bsnl ofiice kurianoor and assistant engineer in bsnl and also i race complaint in 198 also.my land phone now not working in more than 2 months .b4 is conected in underground cable in my home .now more tan 8 months its conected in overhead cable and many places have joints.i infoamed allways in bsnl good offices to remoove the overhead cable and conect underground cable and repair the fault.but there is not getting reply in bsnl.pls gve to me any direction in your good office
