My name is parul talegaonkar. i have paid 110Rs for bsnl online recharge from my account but i have'nt got my recharge payment.i m still waiting for recharge or refund. there were two options topup/recharge. so i clicked on recharge option. and then amount has been deducted. got an SMS too. but no balance.
