Bsnl has rivised its prepaid plans from 1st of april, which insists to its customer, those who make use of old plans (excel student), cannot conitune in the same plan anymore. How it wolud be tolarated by the customers, those who enjoy the services of the old plan. Bsnl forces us to migrate to any other plan, which are on offer. We do not want to migrate and wish to continue the same plan. bsnl has to bring up new plan vouchers to continue the same plan.
