My telephone at kumta- (08386-274755) where my aged parents are staying is not working properly since days. I have to take care my parents welfare staying from bangalore. Please make necessary arrangements to rectify the faulty telephone, as my partents are aged and are alone at my native. you will know the seriousness of aged parents, please help me out.
