MY MOBILE NO 8987600119 BSNL JHARKHAND CIRCLE
Friends and famili pack is active on my number. I was trying to deactivate it but the customer care no 1503/9431124365 none was working.on 7/5 I was able to talk with them and the ex told me to send sms (FF STOP to 53738) but after sending it is replaying "no pervious record found".
But 2 rupees balance deducting everyday though I dont want the service.
And I am not able to talk with customer care ex because none of their no is working.
Its totally cheating by bsnl I want my friend and family service deactivated now. If any balance deduct for thatservice after this complain bsnl have to return the ammount.
