Deactivation of BT-ONMOBL Massage

I have been debited by BT-ONMOBL for Rs.20/- for every month My mobile No is 9481686530, even after my deactivation / cancellation, SMS sent to BT-ONMOBL.

Instead of my repeated cancellation they are debiting me for Rs.20/- per month

I need this amount is to be refunded to me and also please cancel the subscription with immediate effect.
