Sir i m bsnl user and suffering from slow net speed since 2 week. When i contact to costomer care they told me that wait for 4 hours it will be solved. But the problem is not solved till now. In present time i m gettin the speed 2-3 kbps. I m using 2G sim mobile no. Is 8765287708 district gonda. Sir look out at this and please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
