Sir,
this mail is to informed you that, i am using bsnl number from last 4 months.
i am not satisfy with the service and i want to port out from bsnl operator.
as per your guidelines for each operator to provide upc code but bsnl operator
not provided me upc code of mob no : 91-9906092922 regading this concern.
i complaint many times but they don't take any action regarding this issue.
so sir plz do needful it's my humble requst to your worthy authority to take strict action
against that company.
