I am using BSNL telephone since last 20 years and paid my monthly
bills well in time through ECS.
I had applied at Bhusari Ex Pune for shifting of Telephone to
MKII exchange Pune, in the Month of Jan. Bhusari Exchange has taken necessary action in time.
I had contact your MKII office number of times (16th time on 23/05).
I was asked to wait for one or the other reason. Some time reason of non-feasibility problem was told.
From Jan 12 till todate I have not been provided with telephone connection. I was constantly
perusing the matter with MKII. On 23/05 I was given to understand that my telephone has been
cancelled and I will have to apply for telephone afresh. It is surprising as to how my connection
could be cancelled without my consent and information.
On being raised this question it was told that this happened due to software change. If in the
new software shifting cases are not being shown how it will reflect the outstanding dues
from consumers?
I am not convinced as to how my telephone connection was cancelled without
any intimation or my written consent.
