Inappropriate bill

Sir,

i, dr. sankalp awasthi, have been using bsnl broadband since dec. 2011 (05688-276010). it was working well till march'12 but when i shifted my residence and along with that my landline connection on 31st mar'12, the bill received 5 days back for april'12 shows 900/- rs usage charges apart from usual broadband charges. i haven't used my landline for either incoming/outgoing since installation even once. but nobody bothers to listen at etawah bsnl exchange and are saying to pay the bill. kindly help me out.
