BSNL
Rechange amount of 200 Rs is not get into my numbe

I recahrge mobile phone through net banking two times of Rs. 100 and 100 but my phone not get recharge with this amount.last time i reachrge it on 4 april and my no is 9410372960. I aready talk to bank customer customer care they told me that amount is already transfered to BSNL and now talk to BSNL cuctomer care that why phone is not getting recharge.
