Landline phone not working

I would like to bring to your kind notice my bsnl landline no 0231- 2391375 from the below address is not working . we have complained many times from BSNL office telephone exchange at Washi Dist kolhapur. Maharashtra The people who work their does not responding to our complaints.

Note: This is not the first time this always happens two to three times in a month but we are regularly paying the rent even though the landline is not working.
