Sir, I have approached to BSNL office (JTO), Hijli at IIT, KGP many times for installation of a broadband connection. But they have not installed saying no port/pair is available. Thus the study of my grown up daughters is being hampered. BSNL says Broadband connection will be provided in every villages, but I am not provided even there are so many Broadband connection in my locality just at a distance of hardly 100 mtrs.(My contact no. is 7872456536)
