Bills paid are not reflected

I have a BSNL landline connection in chennai. Since the migration of Online payment of bills from bsnlchennai to portal.bsnl.com has taken my bills are overlapping every month. Due to this i keep paying bills in cash at the collection center. The bills that I pay in cash dont get reflected in the online system and next shows me the amount as still pending to be paid. Because of which I;m unable to pay the next month bill online. This month I paid my bill online along with previous month bill but it doesnt get reflected in the system. Amount has been debited from my bank account but the bill status in the bsnl site still shows as pending.

Kindly address this issue as soon as possible.
