No signal in mobile

I ported in my mobile number (09972545251) to BSNL on 1st week of june.

Upon recharge (1st after porting) i got a message from BX-INBSNL indicating that my plan is changed from MNP_GENL_KTK to 2G_per_min_frc48_ktk and that the new plan is effective from Thursday June 14, 10:36:59 IST 2012.

The mobile got activated but I had singnal only for about 2 hours the same day and the signal was dead after that.

Since then till today, I have not received the signal at all in my mobile and I was not able to contact 1505 from another BSNL regarding the same as the providers could not be reached.

I was also told that the free call facility is provided only for a month and already today is 5th day without signal in my mobile.

Kindly look into this matter and please rectify the problem at the earliest and also provide the additional days of free calls to compensate for no signal in mobile
