Sir/madam,

I recently took a new land line connection from BSNL having no-2337650.But within few days after activation, the phone has gone dead.

I complained about it through bsnl customer care. Though they provided me a docket number-11435392982 dt.29-05 but till date the phone is dead. I had even talked about the matter to THE NODAL OFFICER AT DIBRUGARH but of no use. And to add to my astonishment, yesterday I received an SMS from Bsnl that my complaint regarding the above mentioned docket number is closed.

After that i tried to complain the mater to the APPELLATE AUTHORITY, GUWAHATI AT NUMBER 1094 but no one received my call.

SIR, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.WHAT SURPRISES ME IS THAT "ALL THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS, NUMBERS OF VARIOUS NODAL OFFICERS, APPELLATE AUTHORITY ARE SIMPLY FOR DISPLAY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO IN REALITY."

I DO THINK I HAVE DONE A VERY BIG MISTAKE BY TAKING A NEW LAND LINE CONNECTION FROM BSNL.
