My prepaid mobileno. 9440321435, value added services are activated automatically in my mobile with out my acceptance and accordingly money is deducting from my balance. i tried to contact customer care executive but there is no response from bsnl customer care center. I am loosing 545/- rupees since this problem arises. please look in to the problem and do the needful.
