I have BSNL Pre-paid Service. My Mobile number is 9451662518. For past 3 Months, my balance is automatically debited for Rubaru and Masala Service (twice or thrice monthly). I have lodged complaint to BSNL via multiple channels (online and also personally visiting their center). The service has not been de-activated. The customer care is also not able to help. Hence, raising this issue to consumer court so that they take necessary action against our so called "Public service provider: BSNL" of our country. The operator is making money by cheating subscribers and not providing fair services.
