My BSNL landline no. 25491509 is dead from 18th January till today. I had complaints several times to exchange, even raised online complaint in bsnl portal, complaint no.11296662394. Till date, no communication from bsnl dum dum exchange as to when the connection will be restored. I have been paying bills till April and discontinued paying further bills of May and June. If the landline is dead from january, then why is bsnl sending bills for the same. My total outstanding bill amount is Rs910 and i will not pay any amount to bsnl untill and unless my telephone line is restored. Pls treat my issue as urgent as i am disconnected for 6 months now..
