I have surrendered my bsnl landline (044-25560218) stating that i am disconnecting due to my personal reasons vide letter dated 21.06.2012 at Balaji Nagar Extension. I was informed by the AE that my landline will be disconnected on the same day. To my dismay i have received a bill for Rs.680/- for this month I have not used my landline beyond 5 to 6 calls (local calls). my landline connection is yet to be disconnected.
