Sir, This is Ashish Kumar Jain. I have bsnl cellone mobile no 9456040590. A few days ago cellone company started jokes sms service on my number and i've been charged Rs.5/- many times. I've complainted to cellone customer care 4 times but I got no solution. complaints No. given below with date & time
