We have a BSNL Landline for the past two years during which we are facing many issues with the instrument provided. First of all we are not provided with NEW one when we took the new connection.they have given the old one which was giving problems during making and receiving the calls. We changed the instrument twice. During every replacement they have given only OLD instruments. Agains they are not working properly.
Despite of visting our BSNL branch office at Alandur Market, they are not giving new instrument and telling that they dont have new STOCK.
Please do the appropriate steps to get new instrument
