Complaint is regarding Unnecessary deduction on my prepaid Card.
On 2-Oct-11 I recarched with Rs 98/- for using GPRS. But the deduction is made from my main balance. It is done once in a week & I have to take follow up with Customer Care for refund. From last week they had Blocked my No. because of that I am not able to contact or speak to Customer care executive. It was brought to my notice by my friend who is working in Airtel Back office
Shameless Service provided by them & they claim to be the biggest service provider in telecommunication in INDIA.
They need to refresh/Purify their MINDSET
