Today I recharged with Rs. 149/- GPRS pack (2 GB Data Usage), But within 15 minutes Browsing when I check my Balance by dialing *123*6#, I come to know almost 500 MB deducted from my usage, although I haven't browse anything other than Facebook. I complaint the issue with CC, by just dialing 121, the Representative told me to call 198, but when i called in 198 they told me to call 121.
This is not the only issue, many times I have to face such problems, sometimes they deduct 350 rupees from my main Balance even there is 10 MB left in the usage! In my area only Airtel is having good network Coverage, otherwise I kicked out long back!
AIRTEL SUCKS!!!
I want Airtel to be penalized for such Activities! I complaint the issue in RTI..
