Irresponsiblity in updating their customer payment details

Dear concerned

I had payed my airtel bill through the E-Seva outlets of Govt of AP (Alwal branch, Secunderabad). the airtel telecaller kept calling saying that i havnt payed the amount. Inspite of giving the reciept number, i kept getting reminders and calls. finally they barred my calls. i wish they have an efficient system in place for updating the payment details. i am a busy man and this is causing me a great loss of time and bussiness.

I regret taking this connection. since most bussiness associates know this number i am unable to change it.
