My BSNL landline number under Parakkadavu exchange 496 2572072 is not functional from last 3 month, I am working in Qatar, my parents registered several complaints but the problem is not yet solved by authority till date, . we need a permanent solution please, what ever be the problem cable related, phone related, or server related we need this line to be functional, Hope some body will come up with solution and support us.
