My number is 919439048225. I have BSNL prepaid service and for last two weeks i have been receiving a message from 56363, saying tht "Thankyou for subscribing SM pack. U have been charged Rs. 8/- per week." i have already lost 16 rupees for it. i have never subscribed for the service and i also donot get any service for Rs 8. it is irresponsible of BSNL to allow such kind of theft.
considering the amount of customers who have been wronged..there can be lacs of rupees stolen frm people collectively.
I would like to get the reason for this security breach and there is no way to recover my money but, it should not happen to others!
