From past 3-4 months the bsnl is charging Rs 30/- per month w/o my consent or request for Chat Service on my mobile no 9494146471. Moreover I am not using chat service at all. The bsnl is requested credit the amt deducted to my prepaid account. Henceforth not to charge for any service which i have not requested. Bsnl is requested to immediately deactivate chat service from my mobile no 9494146471.
