Deduction of amount without concent of customer, wrongley charged

Dear sir,

I am a customer of BSNL Prepaid mobile no 9415063035. I have received a message from the number 558884015 on12-Nov at 04.48pm containing the text that (Thanks for using our chat messenger. Your service has been renewed for next 30 days. Rs. 15 charged) And they deducted the said amount from my account. I have not activated and not using any such type of services. Last month the same message I have received & amount was deducted. I have requested the problem before the customer care by bsnl customer care number. The BSNL customer care has given me the docet number 6408556 on 18-11. Today 19-11 I have received a message from the BSNL customer care mentioned that your complaint has resolved, But my amount was not yer refunded by the company. Last month I also requested that please stop this service I do not want such any type of services. But after that they again continued this service without my concent, As I have never activited this services. Kindly do the necessory action against this company who have tieup with BSNL as well as BSNL who Makes such type of fraud tieups with these fraud company. Some of officers may have personal interest with these comanies they gets good money from them. Kindly do the necessory actions and deactivate this chat messanger service from my number.
