My phone no: 28453005, I have applied for transfer from Satyasai layout, whitefield to Kadugodi on 04/12. I went to their office multiple times, they sometimes say the commercial office is shifted to Indira Nagar and you need to visit the commercial office and sometimes they give you another number to talk to. They haven't stopped their billing so I end up paying the RENT (BSNL Broadband - Rs 750/M).
After visiting their office multiple times, I finally got the number of the JTO (area responsible). He's been telling for last 10 days that connection will be done tomorrow. I've never experienced such a pathetic service in my life. You call customer care, they say you call JTO, JTO says you call lineman and the lineman is never reachable. I don't understand, why a customer should run behind all these non-sense people who doesn't have etiquette to talk. Please let me know, if something can be done.
