I Have Opted Airtel Broadband with fixed landline on 1st december. and i had an issue with incoming calls from December 7th. i have called the complaints grevience cell on the same issue, With their response of solving the issue with in 16 hours and 42 minutes i have been waiting for the issue to be resolved.
this is been a continuing process every day that i call them regarding the issue and they are postponing the time every day. stating that it is a technical issue.
I have spoke with 11 of the executives till date including 2 of the Senior managers. It is been very difficult to handle the issue to be resolved.
Please help me in resolving the issue.
