I’ve used the pathetic service of Airtel only for Rs.50/- and paid total of Rs.570/- because recovery hooligans from Airtel came to my office to forcefully take the money. The “useless and worst customer care” of Airtel is not responding well too. I’ve forcefully paid Rs.570 to Airtel and requested to close my account through the closure form and the e-mail too in the last month itself (The Service Request number for the same is 16706020). I do not believe it that Airtel again sent me a bill of Rs.120/- again. I feel like badly abusing Airtel a lot.
What’s wrong with Airtel, I do not understand. Is it management or carelessness? I will not pay a single rupee now, and I will file a case against Airtel if any more hooligans come to my office for recovery. Also, I would expose such incidences to media too.
I can challenge Airtel to send gundas to my office and I will show what I can do.
