I have a lifetime free incoming facility connection which I did in feb or Mar. Since today morning, my incoming, outgoing and SMS has been barred and on inquiring I was being said that the system have my connection information from Aug and I would have to renew my free lifetime incoming facility again since they don't have any information. This is extremely frustrating, moreover even if I again recharge my cell with free incoming facility they might again say the same thing next year. Its not possible for me to renew my free lifetime incoming every year because of their poor customer data management.
