Vodafone - the worst service provider, I just opted for a prepaid connection and it required me to submit some documents and I submitted once at the time of taking the connection and again I was called saying it was not submitted again I submitted and now my outgoing has been deactivated when I contacted their customer care they said they can not take any action and I need to visit the voodafone outlet again.
With the above I want to depict how pathetic is the service, they do not have coordination with their own vadofone store, they just play around with the customers' emotions and efforts. There has been several instance which I ignored. But this time I will put all the efforts to make them feel there fault and imbalanced service.
They make us feel none. I am thinking of suing vadofone. Please people we need to take a stand because it will continue and again our economic will be dominated by such private service provider.
