Balance Deduction and No Help from Airtel Customer Care

Hi,

I am using Airtel Number 9997660881. Today on 09-04 at 19:04 I accessed GPRS on my handset for 2 minutes and data transferred is about 300KB. And I am charged Rs. 21.60 for this. My Airtel Connection belongs to UP (West) and currently I am in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I called 121 and the customer care executive asked to contact 198. I, then contacted 198 and the person on the line told me, they do not have my information and asked me to contact Airetl UP (West) Customer Care. I tried UP (West) customer care a couple of times, but can't get through the welcome message. Further they charged Rs. 5.40 for that and NO HELP.

Since I am roaming, they are not providing any help.
