Worst customer service staff

I am a corporate user of Airtel services (Both broadband and telecommunications) and have experienced the worst customer service today! The broadband speed was really low and I was to take a special conference with my clients at 4 AM IST. The website option for Speed on Demand didn't work, so I called up the customer care Punjab number to help me out... Instead, I was shouted at badly! Imagine, you have an important client meeting, the broadband is not supporting you, website is dead and this guy VAIBHAV shouts back at me when I quoted my problem... I was to request him to increase the speed using speed on demand or something that would save my conference, instead, he started arguing with me in a high tone and the best of all, BANGED THE PHONE ON MY FACE!

Not just this, I tried calling up customer care almost 10 times after that but my call was not answered or put on hold. probably, they have just one person in that shift! BSNL came to my rescue and I had to schedule a 3 hour phone conference with my client...

All said and done, I am for sure throwing airtel out of my business completely and would not recommend anyone Airtel hereon... They would never help you when needed and their marketing team would sell you everything that is not true!
