I deactivated my GPRS by calling Airtel hotline from the Airtel Galleria In Borivali West, Mumbai, Indiaon July 31, August 12 and according to them on August 11. Now they say that they do not have authority to deactivate GPRS over there but they regularly cut 14.99 from my Prepaid Account. The lease lines are down so the galleria representatives are also not able to disconnect the GPRS but yes they are very concerned about putting me on hold for a very long time, disconnecting the call, and of course cutting the money daily since it is my fault that their message system does not work and since it is my fault that the representatives at the hotline inform me that the service will be disconnected. Is this company hell bent on making money, bad customer service. Everyone come out of Airtel, Lets teach Airtel a Lesson.
