Paid service activated wrongfully

I would like to bring to you attention that I bought a new Airtel SIM number/card (9963335173) today morning (March 25). I was told that it would be activated after few hours. I put in the sim card for the first time at around 2:30 PM and within 15 minutes I received an sms saying "Your subscription to Airtel Friend Locator has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10 for 10 days". I did not do anything to subscribe to such service and more surprisingly it said "renewed" which is absurd because this is a new sim that i just bought. As soon as put my SIM I dialed 198 to make some enquiry and then dialed one personal number. Within those few minutes got the above mentioned sms. I immediately called 198 and spoke to Mr. Vijay who told me that Rs 10 would be credited back to me within few minutes. He assured me of the same.

It has been about 1 and half hours and I still have not got my balance back. Why am i being cheated of my money like this? Is this what I deserve after choosing to be an Airtel customer? How is it possible that i subscribe to a paid service as soon as I put my new SIM card for the very first time? I feel very cheated and disillusioned by all this. I request you to kindly credit back Rs 10 as soon as possible and ensure that this service is not activated again.
