I am with airtel from about 5 years and changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid card and then my bad days started as a customer airtel launched MCHEK ON MOBILE... for customers i downloaded the software and then used it once made recharge of 220 rs as there was a offer for full talktime means i will get 220 rs credited in my prepaid account but in a minute money was debited from icici bank acc which was good but the money credited to my prepaid acc was rs 50... i called cust services in a healthy manner on 22 august but i was provided a date that will recieve a call back on 4 days after means 25 aug... no calls recvd From Airtel... i called in again then was transfered to cust care executive who was really rude instead of helping me was tryin to just finish the call... i hung up the called in again there were several of cust care executives whom i have word with and they provided with different resolutions and then finally i asked for a manager there instead i was transferred to a different person and then the same result... he advised to go to the nearest airtel outlet... i mean what kind of sense it makes if everybody goes on there outlet it was really disgusting to call in cust services jaipur and simply a waste of time...
