Airtel is not taking care of mobile prepaid users? Why they only providing customer care to postpaid/broadband users? It's really very bad and stupid. I am/was a prepaid customer, I called from US to Airtel customer care; i tried many times to talk with customer representative, they are not allowing to give a chance to talk with customer care. Is that means prepaid users are not Airtel customers?
I realized that and understood that i am not customer to Airtel, and decided to cancel my prepaid account with Airtel.
Really stupid...
