Tariff plan changed without consent or any warning

Since 28th February airel has been charging me Re. 1 for local sms and Rs. 1.50 for national sms whereas my normal tariffs were 10p for local and 30p for national. So this suggests they changed my tariffs without any consent and I feel very unhappy and cheated. Also, I had activated a sms plan of 95 Rs which provides 500 sms per day for a month which has been deactivated 6 days prior to its actual expiry. I called up customer care and they said it'll be resolved but the problem persists and now the customer care wont patch me through to an executive. I am forced to post online complaints on account of this. The only reason why I used airtel was the cheap sms tariff but since that has been changed there is no reason to use airtel. I sincerely hope they revert back to my old tariffs or I shall be forced to discontinue the use of their sloppy service
