No connection during validity period

To whom it may concern

I am without any connection since last four days during validity period. As GPRS was active on my phone thus i am unable to even disconnect it. Every day 12 rupees is being deducted from my balance. I called a zillion times to the customer care service but no explanation is being given instead they are saying wait till 24 hrs. Since the first assurance that my airtel connection will come to life within 24 hrs., I have waited for 4 long days without receiving and making any calls to anyone. Airtel boasts of offering premium service and providing best service but no action has been taken in my case. If after reading my plight they can redeem my connection. My mobile no is 9960562582
