Alance deducted and service subscribed without asking

My no. is 9810470539... i m using this number from 6 years.

I have not sent any message on my number to

activate any services and from two weeks my balance deducted for cricket news service

But I dont know how these service on my airtel prepaid number stared and

also i m not know these services activated on what time.

Please check my airtel number detail and solve my query.

i also called to custemer care executive... but it seems to be busy all the time when i call... im trying customer care from two weeks..

Please Refund my balnce and Stop these services.

will you ask first before activatins of that type of services.
