Connection disconnected twice

1-Purchased a Airtel prepaid sim card on 10.01.11

2-I have submitted all the necessary documents on 10.01.11.

3-My sevices got disconnected on 30.01.11 and my service provider has asked me to submit all the documents again.

4-I had to submit all the documents on 08.02.11 for the second time.

5-My services remain disconnected on 09.02.11 & 10.02.11 .

I have been harassed by the service provider and for which i want to complain
